  1. At first switch off the mobile by pressing the Power button for a short while.
  2. Then hold down Volume Down and Power keys for a few moments.
  • Release all buttons when you see information about Fast boot Mode.
  • Now choose “Recovery”. Use Volume Down to navigate and the Power button to confirm that.
  • After that select “Wipe data” with the Power key.
  • In this menu go to “OK” –> “Back” and confirm it with the Power button.
