At First turn off the mobile by holding the Power key for a 5 – 6seconds.
In the second step start pressing Volume Up and Power buttons together for a short while.

When Recovery Mode pops up let go of all keys.

In this mode select “wipe data/factory reset”. Use Volume keys to navigate and the Power button to confirm that.

After that choose “wipe data/factory reset” and click the Power key once.

When Recovery Mode pops up again select “reboot system now” by using the Power button.
