1. First update windows and Drivers

  • Go to the windows settings
  • Click on the update & Security Option.
  • Then Click on Windows Update

2. Check your Hardware

Did you recently replace your RAM, hard drive, or other hardware? Check your hardware for any obvious signs of damage. and replace it if necessary.

3. Fix Windows Registry File

  1. Insert windows 10 installation DVD or USB Drive.
  2. Boot from the USB Or DVD.
  3. when the welcome screen appears, click Next.
  4. Select Repair your computer.
  • Select Troubleshoot>Advanced option > command Prompt.
  • Type the following command.
  • CD C:WindowsSystem32config
  • Press Enter.
  • Enter 2nd command.
  • ren C:windowsSystem32configDEFAULT Default.old
  • Press enter.
  • Enter the 3rd command.
  • ren C:windowsSystem32configSAM SAM.old
  • Enter the 4th command .
  • ren C:windowsSystem32configSECURITY SECURITY.old
  • Enter the 5th command
  • ren C:windowsSystem32configsoftware software.old
  • Enter the 6th command
  • ren C:windowsSystem32configsystem system.old
  • these command lines have renamed folders that can no longer be used. Now it’s time to insert the new ones.
  • Enter the following command
  • Enter the 7th command.
  • Copy C:windowsSystem32configRegbackdefault Copy C:windowsSystem32config
  • Enter the 8th command
  • Copy C:windowsSystem32configRegBackSAM C:windowsSystem32config
  • Enter the 9th command.
  • Copy C:windowsSystem32configRegBacksecurity C:windowsSystem32config
  • Enter the 10th command.
  • Copy C:windowsSystem32configRegBacksystem C:windowsSystem32config
  • Enter the last command.
  • Copy C:windowsSystem32configRegBackSoftware C:windowsSystem32config
  • Close the command Prompt and restart the computer. if this was the issue, you should be set.

    • 4. Fix Boot Configuration data From BCD

    • inset windows 10 installation USB or DVD on your computer
    • Boot your computer form the USB or DVD
    • When the welcome screen appears, Click next
    • select Repair your computer.
    • Select Troubleshoot>Advanced option > command Prompt.
    • Enter 1st command bootrec/repairbcd
    • Enter 2nd command bootrec/ repairbcd
    • Then Enter 3rd command bootrec/repalrmbr

    5. Perform a system restore

    • Open Start men.
    • Search Create a restore point
    • Click top result to open system properties.
    • Select System Restore and then click Next.
    • Select the restore point you want to go back to
    • Scan for affected programs
    • Next to and then finish

    6. Fectory Data Reset

    • insert you windows 10 installation DVD or USB
    • Boot from the DVD or USB.
    • when the welcome screen appears, click next.
    • select repair your computer.
    • Select Troubleshoot>Reset this PC>Remove everything > Only the drive where Windows is installed > Just remove my files.
    • Click Reset button and let the computer do its thing.
